How this works.

No, not as of yet. This is the longest I’ve ever grown it out, so it has never been a possibility before. If it gets longer, I may, simply to keep it tied back.

There were a couple reasons. First off, so I would not need to cut it as often. Secondly, the members of my house tend to have long hair. If conforming to the image helped me maintain my position, I was more than willing to do so.

Dude, not everyone says stuff to mock you. Some people are serious. Like me, for example - I think your hair is beautiful.

Are you going to keep growing it here now that you're not somewhere you have a position to maintain? It would be a shame to cut it all off.

I doubt I would cut it short now. It would be too similar to the style I maintained when I was a child. But as to whether I let it lengthen or maintain the current length, I am yet undecided.

If you let it keep growing, that means you won't have to cut it for a while. Since that's one of the reasons you grew it out in the first place.

Have you considered colors other than white? Not for your hair - and not to say you don't look damn good in white - just curious how you feel about trying other colors out.

You seem overly invested in my appearance.

...clothing emblazoned with the Fleuret crest is traditionally white. This has informed much of my wardrobe. I could try others now, but continuing with what I know is less trouble.

Nah, just observant and curious. Appearance isn't nearly as important as what's inside.

You talk a lot about things being familiar or 'less trouble. Are you scared of trying new things?

What do you like doing as a hobby?

I have not had time for frivolous pastimes until very recently. I suppose helping tend the house garden counts. When I was younger, I fenced.

Hopefully you are at least enjoying the gardening. Some people say that hobbies help relax a person, or at least give them something to do when they aren't busy with important things.

I can't stand being idle, so doing frivolous things is awesome in my opinion.
