When Aqua finds Connie, the young girl is pacing and mumbling to herself, occasionally rifling through a series of pamphlets as she tries to figure out the logistics of her stay in Vaikuntha. If she was going to be stuck there for the foreseeable future, Connie would need to have some means of securing lodging and education while also searching for a way back to Earth. Which meant, in all likelihood, she would need to find a way to get gil. Considering her experiences with the Prism and her young age, the most logical path for Connie to pursue would be that of the adventurer.
"Alright, Swordmaster's obviously the best primary job for me, but what about secondaries?" she wonders, chewing on one of her many pencils. "Black Mage looks- gah!" Connie whirls around to face Aqua, her papers going flying. "Oh, um, sorry, didn't see you there," she says, blushing. "Um, what can I do for you, miss?"
