S'reee/Young Wizards

[OOC: Yes, S'reee is a whale. A humpback, to be specific. She's going to be roughly person sized in the game.]

A. Out of Her Element...

[The staff tried, but despite the diversity of peoples, no one had assumed a new arrival would lack legs. Consequently, S'reee awoke lying awkwardly on a stretcher while a Moogle filled a tank with saltwater.]

[She... either she was in a land of beings that were extremely large for land-dwellers, or somehow she had shrunk. She tried to glance around, and sang out -- no words, just to see if she could echolocate in air, get her bearings so she felt less beached. She'd travelled through air, but always in a shell of water and wizardry and...

[... wizardry. She couldn't feel that sense of power that was her conduit to the Sea, lurking in the back of her mind. She started the words in the Speech that would levitate her, but there was no power there. What in the Sea's name was going on? Why had the Powers sent her here?

[The being nearby finally noticed that S'ree was up and speaking, and commented. "Oh, kupo. I wanted to have this done. Hang on, okay, kupo?"]

What is going on. Where am I?

[She'd finally started to notice the others. Humans, or a similar species, which confirmed that she had shrunk down to nearly their size.]

Hello, cousins? Can you assist?

D. Whalesong

[The system seemed horrendously complex, but S'reee was apparently without her Art at the time. And relying on a mechanical cart that the Moogles had rigged to be controlled by fins and flukes. It was a novelty to be out around humans who were not wizards, but if she'd wanted too back on Earth, she could try a shapechange spell.

[Bard seemed the most familiar, if it could be used with song alone. She would have to ask.]

Excuse me.

[And try not to drive anyone down on the way.]
