As it is, it’s hard to see what they might gain from us specifically. What we do know is this system has been in place long enough they have standard procedures and even packages for refugees. Whatever they’re getting out of it we have some needed assistance for the time being.

I do have some experience with dealing with other worllds but that’s not like dealing with another reality.
