Religion was deeply important to Bayek. It was a part of every aspect within his society and his country. As such he showed reverence and understanding to gods of all worlds. This man's world was not any different. If they demanded tribute? Then they deserved the respect and honor - even in another world.

Even the Greeks would make statues for their gods to find a body for. Statues that were given food and beer in offering so that they knew the people revered and feared them.
