"I hitched a ride with some Paladins and a few White Mages so I could see how their holy magic interacted with dark stuff firsthand and maybe get a better grip on it, but um," She smashes her rod into a skeleton's ribcage and shoots a point-blank Fira out of it, obliterating the undead, "one of the Paladins ended up secretly being some freaky necromancy cult leader, everybody got separated, and as far as I know the rest of the party is either monster chow or in the same boat that I am."
