"Don't be so hard on yerself!" Reno shook his head and grinned. "I mean, statistically, yer two for two. Pretty normal assumption to make, I think."

"I've just... This isn't my first 'new world'," he explained. "It gets easier... for better or worse." He rubbed the back of his neck. On the one hand, it was good to adapt quickly and become productive toward a solution. On the other hand, what did it say about someone who "got used to it" when it was about their world and their existence? Maybe Reno was biased; this was his third go-round with the forced travelling, as it were. It got old.
