Canon: Final Fantasy VII
Info: Legendary hero turned arch-villain with a specialty in swordplay, calling down world-ending meteors, spreading his legacy as a world-wide affliction, etc. Always looking for the next step to put himself ahead of the game.
Job(s): Swordmaster (MAX/1000xp), Illusionist (575xp), Calamity Knight (1200xp) + Custom: Jenova's Chosen (Just approved; available from last week of May)
Housing: B-03 Curti center (now with [OU] Ringabel + [OU] Kamui as of this month of arrivals)
Moogle: Jennifer, I'm still really rope-y with pinning down her traits aside from that she feels obliged always to try to be both a help to Sephiroth at the same time as keeping a respectable distance from him at all times. She's gone past the point of thinking he's just anti-social, no, there's something else about him she just can't put her paw on.
Status: As with those that were here during the Bahamut-event, due to the time-loops Sephiroth's been here around 13 months now (though really only 7). Due to that extended time he's comfortable in the fact now that he's explored the majority of the main cities/locations on Vaikuntha. He has no friends to speak of but unlike most, it's not a need for him to have such. He often gravitates to those who seem useful, few that are tolerable and fewer still that he's managed to gain a measure of respect for. He's become somewhat of a constant presence in and around the Curti center, though he's all too acutely aware of the fact that it makes him an easy target for anyone wanting to follow and/or find him, needs must if not only for the work on his custom job which began around 18th May but also for personal essentials.
He should have killed Ramaa right then and there, of this Sephiroth is 10-thousand-percent certain and at this point, if given the opportunity he'd gladly go for almost-anything which would entail that end. Need to get her out of the way before he can realistically look at what his new world could potentially have for him to claim, so far there hasn't been much to indicate there could be any worth in it at all, which is a thought he tries not to come around to.
Since Bahamut, Sephiroth has been almost in a constant review of his now-copious notes; annotating, re-writing with important information gleaned from during the anniversary event last month. He's nearly convinced that it will be important to pin down those reincarnated Avatars of the Calamity, from Crystallis, sooner rather than later. The Temple of Zodiark has perked his interest somewhat, given the ties to the Crystillian-version of himself and Elidibus' being out there still; he has in his gut a feeling there might well be something personally significant somehow, at the very least it's all too mysterious for him to discard off-hand. I might have him re-visit the Temple soon, but for now...
He gained Masamune from the Rift, and with his custom job in the works, Sephiroth is at least working in a direction towards something for once; it can only bring great things!
Employment: Still unemployed til now, I do need to change this though as the need for self-sufficiency is becoming more than just a bother. I've got an outstanding thread of a thing with Jessie from pre-Bahamut which would entail Sephiroth working at the Observatory in order to gain more insight to the workings of the Interdimensional Rift which I'm still 50/50 leaning towards, yet at the same time perhaps the monster hunting he's been doing to get gil could well be more transferable into something akin to a bounty hunter - not exactly a job on the employment list though...
Plans: I'm not too sure if I'll participate in the Holidaze event this month as it's about as far from Sephiroth's personality as can be, yet in the spirit of things to know I might have him pop up somewhere (When I get to that log...). Any suggestions appreciated if I'm not already too late to catch that boat! Otherwise, aside from having to come up with a log before the end of the month in order to try and stir some activity, I'll be tagging Sephiroth into Minimus' meeting somewhere, for sure. He has strong opinions about the state of play so it'll be a balance between that and how he's still continuing to present himself as something of an enigma. It's better for all, that way.
Desired CR: Sephiroth personally craves to know people who know things. Entirely for his own gains/advancement of course but as a result as I mentioned in above he subtly gravitates towards those that in some way appear to have some usefulness, provided it's not out-weighed by intolerable personality traits! There are a few in that category thus far, always looking to expand. Also looking always for more people to somehow end up trusting Sephiroth, insofar as he always can be relied upon to do what he says if no further.
Undesired Things: I'd rather avoid any situations currently where anyone gets too far under Sephiroth's skin, only to avoid tipping the balance toward his more homicidal tendencies. Unless of course if an injury is what you're after.
Shipping: Not a shippable guy; has no yearnings in that direction at all, yet would put up a pretense he if were to get something out of it from the other person. If there is any desire for that kind of manipulative, one-way relationship.
Additional Comment: My tag speed generally sucks currently; I hoped I'd be able to really get into it but recently life has me shattered most nights when I get in from work. I'm going to try and work on that. As ever, any backdating/handwaving CR from anyone is welcome and encouraged.
