Many would no doubt agree with that sentiment. It overlooks the key factor that the world we live in is built upon the ambitions and dreams of those who proceeded us.

I cannot speak for all people but it seems wasteful to merely continue on, accepting the world as it is with no intention to continue or use the progress past generations made.
