Hunk was one of the first people to actually show her genuine warmth when she first arrived. She was mentally destroyed when getting here because first, she kind of knows she must have died even if the details are foggy, and then she sees her BROTHER ARRIVED FRESHLY DEAD, and then a whole new world, new everything. She was shellshocked. So she goes to what's to be her new home and just bawss.... but then here comes Hunk who just awkwardly tries to console her.

And even though they didn't really talk about anything deep or personal, he got her mind off it. Made her realize "Hey, think of it this way, you can SHOP! You can be independent! You can meet new peopl!" And just made her realize she can spin it to something beautiful instead of feeling down on herself and crying over the people she left behind and miss. So thanks to him, she was able to move forward and has been slowly adjusting to this new life. She adores Hunk for his upbeat, friendly approach and willingness to always remind her of the positives. She kind of needs that. Like a lot.

I'm sure she's going to be terribly confused if he ever mentions seeing her when she's GEASSED. Something she doesn't even know about herself. And oh man if she ever learns hoo. Same or Adrien. BUT RIGHT NOW ALL THE HAPPY. He's quickly becoming one of her go-tos for support and just being an all-around good friend.

I made a gross squealing noise at this because oh my god, seeing Euphy's side of their CR makes me enjoy it even more. But that memory scene is doing him a VERY LARGE CONCERN and I am absolutely thrilled to see where that'll take things.
