Character: [OU] Clarus Amicitia
Canon: Final Fantasy XV
Info: Clarus is this dude who was only in the movie despite being a main character's dad, and they finally started mentioning him in the extended material. He's King Regis's best friend and shield, and Gladiolus and Iris's father. He pretty much watched Ignis and Noctis grow up too, so... Call him the group dad I guess. He comes off as serious and reserved but he's actually a bit of a troll and a softy once you get him warmed up.
Job(s): Paladin/Cavalier
Housing: C-01 right now, but the XV crew is going to be picking up and moving to Yun'Ashia this month.
Moogle: Yarrow. They don't get along.

Status: He's fine... He's about to be better since he's getting his kids, king, and bff. Clarus has been in Vaikuntha since the first group came, and honestly he's pretty pleased about just being alive. Also, chocobos.
Employment: When the move is complete Clarus will be joining the Yun'Ashia police force.

Plans: Nothing really. He'll be keeping a younger than anticipated Prince Regis in line for the coming months, otherwise just working. He would like to go out and catch more chocobos so he can start breeding though.

Desired CR: Anything. If you wanna me adopted, hmu. If you wanna be his rival, hmu. If you wanna go drinking, hmu. I'm pretty open.
Undesired Things: Let's not kill people until someone learns Raise.
Shipping: Someone at least remotely his age? He generally prefers women. One night stands are perfectly acceptable, but I'm not sure if he's emotionally available for anything else right now. We'll see.

So I'm a right old twat and haven't gotten around to anything remotely resembling FFXV yet. However, I would love for Finn to have CR with someone older and wiser. He definitely needs to reach out to people his own age more, sure, but he's used to older adults. He could benefit from an older friend who's also kind. It sounds like Clarus would like him, too.

Finn's fascinated with the chocobos but isn't a Cavalier. He could tag along or something? Whatever you think.

Then I warn you that the rest of the cast is spoiler heavy. Clarus is safe as long as you don't care about something that happened in the movie/chapter 1. He is indeed older and wiser, and if Finn wants to join in training that's the best way to get his friendship. He's used to being a mentor for those who need a little guidance, so he'll be happy to help steer Finn with a gentle but firm hand. Maybe his militaristic upbringing can help them bond, even if their experiences were very different.

You don't have to be a cavalier to have a chocobo. If they become acquaintances/allies and Finn expresses interest Clarus would be happy to teach him about them, and maybe eventually help Finn catch one.

Yeah, I'm toeing the line of getting serious CR with most of the XV cast, unfortunately. I'm totally cool with the beginning being spoiled, though, if that could even be considered a spoiler.

Finn would actually love to train with someone who's serious about it and is up to his skill level or beyond. It might have been a whole movie ago, but he is still recovering from a back injury and trying to get back in peak performance.

And that's great news about the chocobos! Finn would love to have one but less loves the idea of bringing one into battle. I'm up for those plans if their CR turns in that direction.

Info: Roxas is a somewhat depressed young man who is actually not even two years old. He took the Freelancer asterisk and wasn't able to take any other jobs, and rather than using stones like other freelancers he has an affinity for sticks. Please help this poor child.
Job(s): Freelancer
Housing: C-02
Moogle: Yes. She takes her ninja training very seriously and hasn't let Roxas see her yet.

Status: Roxas is drifting through life right now. He's kinda trying to reach out and make friends, but he's feeling the loss of the found family he had back in Ryslig and still dealing with the trauma of things that happened to him there. He's been in Vaikuntha since the first wave.

Plans: The boy is going to keep drifting until he finds a place to fit in. Maybe get in over his head with some monsters since his only weapons are sticks... At some point this month he'll probably try to find access to alcohol. Don't worry he's not a drunk, he just likes a beer now and then.

Desired CR: Friends, someone to take him under their wing, teach him to be happy again. A travelling party maybe?
Undesired Things: Death. Poor kid had enough of that in the last game.
Shipping: Sure? He has no specific gender preference. He's dated a guy before and had a heavy crush on a girl, though his concept of romance is a little... strange.
