How this works.

I mean...it sucks, especially if it was an important game. No way around it.

But you can't use that as an excuse to lash out at your team. You all need to stick together if you're gonna win the next one! So you make sure everybody sees the nurse, give yourselves time to rest, and then at practice the next day go over what you can do better.

Sometimes the fans can be pretty nice about it too. That helps.
